Lemon Sorbet with Vanilla Liquor
This easy dessert smoothly teases the taste buds through its contrasting
flavours...tart lemony tang and sweet seductive vanilla liquor! Perfect
served after fish, seafood or a heavy meal.
Just scoop a few balls of lemon sorbet and drop into chilled, deep dessert glasses. Drizzle with ice cold vanilla liquor (any good kind but I am partial to Cuarenta y Tres, a Spanish vanilla liquor). Garnish with fine lemon curls and wafer fans (or your favourite wafer). Wow!
