Potato Dice with Toasted Sesame Seed
Simple and tasty!
mealy potatoes (ie. russets or baking potato)
walnut oil
1
t. toasted sesame seed per person
Allow 2 medium or one large potato per person. Cut into large dice (+ - 2 cm.).
Steam in salted water for 10 minutes or until done. Drizzle with a little walnut
oil or butter and toss with 1 teaspoon of sesame seed.
